The aromatic profile is restrained and inviting rather than aggressive, balancing complexity with approachability.

Entry is bright and tart, the sour character immediately present but defined rather than sharp. Mid-palate reveals the interplay between ripe fruit and oak tannin, creating tension that sharpens the sour impression and adds structural complexity. The finish remains dry with a mineral bite, the 7.3% alcohol providing backbone without heat or distraction.
