A bright golden-amber pour with excellent clarity and a persistent, creamy white head that leaves fine lacing along the glass. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, producing a steady stream of small bubbles. At 8 SRM, the colour sits in the classic pale ale range, luminous when held to light.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with an emphatic punch of tropical fruit—ripe mango and papaya dominate, supported by melon notes and a clean herbal undertone from the Ekuanot hop. Wild yeast character adds subtle complexity, suggesting a whisper of stone fruit and a faint earthy backdrop. The aromatic profile is modern and fruit-forward without any rough edges.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and approachable, with the stone and tropical fruit character from the aroma translating directly to the palate. Mid-palate maintains good body and weight for the alcohol level, delivering sustained mango and melon with a balanced, building bitterness that never turns harsh. The finish is decisively dry, leaving a clean, lingering hop resin that invites the next sip.

The aftertaste is long and dry, with residual hop resins and a light mineral quality persisting on the palate. Bitterness fades gracefully without leaving any astringency.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.
