◐ Taste

The palate enters lean and crisp, with the citrus and tropical fruit character from the aroma continuing into the mid-palate. The pale malt provides clean, dry grain notes that support rather than dominate. Moderate bitterness builds steadily through the finish, piney and herbaceous, without harshness.
