Happy Otter

Tap to rate

An orange beer with plenty of body, fruity with touches of peach and a very pleasant mouthfeel. It is designed to give the lead to Maris Otter malt, the only malt in the recipe, and balanced with hops from the Órbigo valley and from Yakima Chief, among them Cascade, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic. It is fermented with ale yeast.
