◎ Appearance

Clear golden amber with bright clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves distinct lacing on the glass. The body shows excellent carbonation with a steady stream of small bubbles rising through the liquid.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with assertive citrus and tropical fruit notes from the five modern hop varieties, displaying grapefruit, orange peel, and stone fruit character. A clean malt backbone emerges beneath—pale and Vienna malt contribute subtle bread and grain undertones without dominance.

◐ Taste

Entry is full and slightly boozy, with a solid malt sweetness that anchors the beer before strong bitterness takes hold across the mid-palate. The 100 IBU load is direct and resinous, complemented by lingering citrus and faint tropical stone fruit; the wheat malt and candi sugar add subtle complexity without cloying sweetness.

◑ Finish

Long, dry finish dominated by bittering hops with a gentle warmth from the 8.5% ABV. Citrus and herbal notes persist into the aftertaste.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
