◎ Appearance

Deep golden hue with excellent clarity and vibrant carbonation that forms a dense, creamy head. The foam exhibits strong lacing as the beer is consumed, clinging persistently to the glass walls. Light plays through the translucent body, revealing its full strength without haze.

◌ Aroma

The nose strikes immediately with aggressive American hop character—dense pine resin and herbal notes dominate the foreground. Tropical citrus edges through, suggesting grapefruit and tangerine, while a clean malty undertone provides ballast. No yeast funk or oxidation; the aroma is assertive and straightforward.

◐ Taste

Bitter hops command the palate from entry through mid-palate, with resinous and piney character threading through layers of citrus intensity. The malt spine is substantial enough to anchor the 8% alcohol without creating booziness, providing a subtle caramel sweetness that balances the relentless bitterness. Carbonation sharpens the finish, cutting through the oilier hop oils.

◑ Finish

The finish is long and dry, with lingering resinous bitterness and a peppery hop aftertaste that builds rather than fades. Alcohol warmth is present but restrained, allowing the hop bitterness to occupy center stage.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
