◎ Appearance

Pours a bright golden amber with excellent clarity and a white, billowing head that persists throughout the glass. The carbonation is lively and visible, creating an inviting visual presentation that exemplifies well-crafted American IPA aesthetics.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by assertive citrus and pine notes characteristic of West Coast hops, with bright grapefruit peel aromatics and a subtle floral undertone. Clean and crisp on the nose with minimal yeast character, allowing the hop profile to take center stage.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with balanced malt sweetness and grain backbone before the resinous hop bitterness takes hold mid-palate. Citrus flavors persist throughout with a pronounced dryness, and the 70 IBU bitter charge builds to a firm, satisfying bitterness without being overpowering on the tongue.

◑ Finish

Clean and crisp finish with lingering pine and citrus notes that fade to a pleasant dry aftertaste. The bitterness recedes gracefully, leaving no harsh or metallic character behind.
