Yellow Blaze
Columbus, Nelson and Cascade are added generously, giving the aroma a resinous, citrus-led character. Bitterness follows on the palate, and the resin lingers into the finish. Brewed with the Ice Age Trail Alliance, this 7.5% IPA is new to the 2026 year-round lineup at Central Waters in Amherst, Wisconsin.

What is a IPA?
IPAs are hop-forward ales with 5.5–7.5% ABV and IBU 40–70+. Bold hop aroma — citrus, tropical, resinous — with firm bitterness and a dry, clean finish.

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same resinous, bitter, citrusy character as Yellow Blaze will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
