Hopfather
Orange, grapefruit and a whisper of pine resin rise from this copper-orange IPA, met by firm bitterness and a full malt base. Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo hops lead the aroma over Pils, Pale and Cara malts, fermented with S-33 yeast. A tribute to the days when IPAs were clear, aromatic and powerful, it is cast as the father of la grande famiglia, at 6.2% ABV.

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same hoppy, citrusy, bitter character as Hopfather will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
