Moor Top is among the oldest beer names of the brewery and returned in 2025 in a new version at 3.4%, down from the former 3.6%. The brewery now labels it an American Pale Ale and describes a piney, zesty and crisp session pale hopped for bright citrus and pine aromas: zesty grapefruit, subtle floral notes and a clean, dry finish, light in body yet full of hop character. Its tasting words are crisp, fresh and lemon. The earlier version was hopped solely with Chinook.
