Coconut Porter
Burning Soul has brewed this porter since its first year, 2016, and it still returns to the taps in Hockley. English malts, roasted coconut and Sorachi Ace hops go into the recipe. Dark chocolate and toasted coconut lead the aroma; on the palate roasted malt and chocolate come first, with a hint of coffee, and the toasted fruit comes back in a silky finish. At 7.0% it is a big porter, strong for the style.
