◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced herbal and forest-fruit notes, driven by the Chinook and Mosaic hop combination. Subtle citrus edges appear alongside darker fruit undertones—berry and stone fruit—while the Pilsner and oat malt foundation provides a clean, grainy backdrop without dominance. A gentle, refreshing acidity threads through, contributing to an overall bright and inviting aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is dry and snappy, with herbal bitterness taking the lead across the palate. The Mosaic and Chinook hops deliver layered forest-fruit character—plum and berry notes—while maintaining pronounced dryness throughout. Mid-palate develops a pleasant acidity that cuts through the malt sweetness, keeping the beer refreshing and preventing any flabbiness. The bitterness is substantial yet refined, finishing drier than it begins.

◑ Finish

The finish is long and persistently dry, with herbal and bitter notes lingering well into the aftertaste. A subtle fruity echo fades gradually, leaving the palate clean and eager for the next sip.
