Gedankenkarussell presents a pale golden-yellow hue with substantial haze throughout the glass, characteristic of the New England IPA style. The foam is dense and persistent, building a fine white head that clings to the glass. Carbonation is moderate and even, creating a soft, creamy visual texture.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright stone fruit and citrus notes from the Talus Cryo and Simcoe hops, immediately inviting and accessible. Underneath, wheat and oat malt provide a subtle, clean grain foundation that balances the fruity top notes. There is no harsh greenness or oxidation—just a cohesive, juicy impression that suggests fresh-picked tropical notes.

The palate is full and creamy, with wheat and oat malts contributing a soft, slightly rounded body rather than astringency. Hop character arrives early as gentle fruity and citrus notes, then settles into a mild, integrated bitterness (18 IBU) that never dominates. The finish is refreshingly dry without being thin, allowing the beer's juiciness and subtle tropical notes to linger pleasantly.
