Defenestration

Tap to rate

Clean malt character under hops with herbal, spice, floral and stone fruit notes, while Kveik yeast adds citrus. Very dry, bitter, hoppy and medium-bodied. For its fifth election season the recipe was revamped with a changed malt and hop bill and Kveik for primary fermentation; at packaging it gets sugar plus fresh Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces yeast for conditioning, then ages for several months.
