Blanche de Fantôme
Blanche de Fantôme is a 4.5% witbier in which the brewer let nature take its course. Lemon and a farmyard funk lead the way, while orange and coriander sit quietly behind them. Like every Fantôme it is brewed in Soy with spring water from the Val d'Aisne and sold in 75 cl bottles, a size the brewery chose for its convivial spirit.
Tasting Notes
AI-generated sensory profile for Blanche de Fantôme
Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
The tall, slender wheat beer glass holds the full 50cl pour and shows off the hazy golden colour. The wide mouth lets citrus and spice aromas drift upward freely.
Best consumed fresh. Citrus and spice notes fade after 3–4 months. Drink within 6 months of packaging.
