Pissenlit
Pissenlit is French for dandelion, and the flowers come from the fields around the brewery: each spring the yellow heads are picked, dried in the sun and steeped in water for a few days, and the resulting dandelion tea goes into the brew. The 8% saison is peppery, with herbal, grassy bitterness, a floral lift and a slight tartness, and it finishes dry.
