Black Hops Pale Ale
The brewery's first canned beer and its best seller since launch. Light golden in colour, it balances a pale barley base against tropical hop aromas of passionfruit and citrus. Caramel Munich and Caramel Pils give the malt backbone a gentle biscuit and light caramel note, and wheat softens the mouthfeel. The finish turns clearly citrus-led, with grapefruit and orange peel and a moderate bitterness. Hops are Simcoe, Dr Rudi, Citra, Ella and El Dorado.
