Rumoerige Roodborst

Tap to rate

The first Bird Brewery beer, made possible partly by crowdfunding: a ruby-red Amber Ale (5.8%) under a firm, full head. Grapefruit, tropical fruit and light caramel lead the nose, and the whole beer runs fruity. Four hop varieties and five malts go in. The robin is one of the few birds that sing all year, and a fierce defender of its territory. It is brewed in the kettles of Jopen in Haarlem.
