Kadodo
A blond tripel (8.0%, 32 IBU, 17 EBC) with a smooth spiciness, a fruity side and a good body. A gift beer named for the dodo, a pigeon relative that could not fly and lived only on Mauritius, 830 km east of Madagascar; the last one was seen in 1681. On offer all year for any day worth celebrating, to give as well as to receive.

AI-generated sensory profile for Kadodo
Serve at 10–13°C in a goblet. The yeast character and carbonation are the stars — cold would suppress both.
The wide mouth and heavy base promote head formation and channel rich aromatics toward the nose. Traditional for Belgian strong ales.
Drink within 2 years. Some complexity develops with age but the yeast character is best relatively fresh.
