◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced citrus notes—grapefruit zest and tangerine—layered over a resinous, piney backbone from Simcoe and Mosaic hops. Beneath the hop intensity, subtle caramel and light toffee emerge from the malt bill, while tropical stone fruit and a hint of herbal complexity add depth. The dry-hop regimen has amplified the Edelhopfen character without muddying the aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate enters crisp and clean, with the Citra and Mosaic hops delivering bright citrus and a touch of exotic fruit sweetness that quickly transitions to a dry, resinous mid-palate. Caramel and Caraaroma malts provide a gentle malty foundation and subtle sweetness that balances the 50 IBU bitterness without obscuring it. The finish leans toward dry and bitter, with piney and herbal notes persisting without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and crisp, with lingering pine and herbal bitterness that fades gracefully rather than cling. A faint caramel echo remains on the palate, reinforcing the malt's restraint and allowing the hop character to have the final word.

Serve at 8–11°C

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
