The carbonation appears well-integrated, producing fine bubbles that rise steadily through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and inviting, leading with light stone fruit notes—subtle peach and apricot—over a clean grainy malz sweetness. A delicate citrus and white-wine character edges in on the back, adding refinement without dominating. The overall aromatic profile avoids the bluntness often found in straightforward pale lagers, instead presenting a layered, nuanced approach.

◐ Taste

The palate opens clean and malty, with a soft sweetness from pale malz that carries through the mid-palate without becoming cloying. Citrus and subtle fruit notes weave through the flavor, while the 28 IBU bittering sits gently rather than aggressively, providing balance and structure. The body remains light and smooth throughout, never clumsy or thin.

◑ Finish

The finish is crisp and dry, with bitterness fading cleanly into a lingering malty aftertaste. No harshness or astringency; instead, a refreshing, sessionable conclusion that invites another sip.

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C. Carbonation and crispness are the main event — cold preserves both.
