Light golden hue with a soft, persistent haze that gives the beer a welcoming, approachable character. The head is fine and creamy, holding moderately across the glass with gentle lacing. Carbonation is restrained, contributing to the overall mild and undemanding presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruit—peach and apricot—layered with delicate citrus notes that never tip into harshness. Ekuanot and Mosaic hops provide a soft, fruity character without asserting any aggressive punch. Beneath lies a gentle biscuity sweetness from traditional ale malt and wheat, keeping the overall impression inviting and restrained.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and lightly sweet, with peach and breadiness building quickly across the mid-palate. The malt backbone—traditional ale grain plus wheat—delivers a gentle, biscuity character that remains the dominant thread throughout. Bitterness is kept deliberately low at 18 IBU, allowing the fruity hop notes and malt sweetness to have the final say without any sharp finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and brief, fading softly into a lingering malt sweetness and the faintest citrus whisper. No harshness or residual hop burn—only a gentle, refreshing goodbye.

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
