Pale gold with crystalline clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass in delicate lacing. Carbonation is lively and even, maintaining steady foam throughout the pour. The beer presents itself with understated elegance—bright without ostentation.

Restrained and noble on the nose, with herbal and slightly spicy Edelhopfen notes emerging cleanly over a soft, grainy Malz foundation. There is no yeast character or sulfur; the aromatics stay focused and dry. The overall impression is of precision and balance rather than intensity.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and dry, with a light malt body that never turns sweet or round. The hop bitterness arrives firm and refined—herbal and peppery rather than harsh or aggressive—and persists through the mid-palate without overpowering the delicate malt structure.
