◎ Appearance

Pale gold with excellent clarity and a bright, luminous quality characteristic of the style. The head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is evident but measured, giving the beer a composed, well-integrated presence.

Clean malt dominates the nose, with a subtle honeyed sweetness and gentle toasted grain notes that suggest careful kilning. A whisper of mineral character emerges beneath, grounding the aroma without asserting itself. Noble hop character is restrained, adding definition rather than prominence.

The palate opens with a round, malty foundation that belies the beer's moderate strength.
