The nose is remarkably restrained and clean, with soft, grain-forward malt character and a whisper of European noble hop spice. Bavarian mineral water provides a subtle minerality in the background, while a faint breadiness rounds out the profile. There is no yeast phenol or ester; the aroma is as precise and disciplined as the beer itself.
