Pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity and bright transparency. The head forms with fine, tight bubbles and maintains a delicate ring of lacing around the glass. Carbonation appears brisk and even, characteristic of a well-conditioned pilsner.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with clean, herbaceous Edelhopfen character—grassy and mineral with subtle floral undertones. A light, refined malt base provides gentle support without sweetness, allowing the dry hop profile to dominate. No yeast-derived esters; the overall impression is crisp and austere.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and direct, with a pronounced bitter-hop assertion that unfolds across the palate. The malt contributes a pale, understated sweetness that balances rather than masks the hoppy backbone.
