Coronator

Tap to rate

Coronator is an old-Bavarian dark Doppelbock, brewed extra strong with more than 18 per cent original gravity. It is malt-forward and easy to drink. The brewery describes its dark beers as roasty-malty with a discreet malt sweetness. Coronator is brewed in Moos, where Count Ulrich Philipp von und zu Arco-Zinneberg united the family's breweries under the name Arcobräu in 1960.

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same malty, roasted, full-bodied character as Coronator will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
