Fruitopolis

Tap to rate

Fruitopolis is a summer session IPA brewed with fresh mango and peach, the sister beer to Citropolis. The fruit goes in at the start of the process so all its sugars ferment out, which mellows the fruit and keeps the beer sessionable. A base of Extra Pale and Chit malt, corn and flaked barley carries aromas of ripe mango, juicy peach and a touch of pineapple and coconut, while the hops add lychee, melon and sweet orange on the palate. A gentle bitterness rounds it off.

Serve at 7–10°C

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
