Alt Kemptener Weiße
A dark wheat beer that recalls the 'White Brewhouse' founded in Kempten in 1680 by prince-abbot Rupert von Bodman, the first house in town to brew Hefeweissbier. It pours amber and is made from wheat and barley malt with yeast, at 11.8 °P original gravity. Dark malt dominates the aroma; on the palate the beer stays mild, round and evenly balanced.
