Pralina
Pralina is a double-mash imperial stout aged for twenty-five months in bourbon barrels. Wort production takes around twenty hours, with a prolonged boil to reach a gravity of 35 degrees Plato. After the time in wood the beer goes back into steel, where plenty of cacao nibs and two kinds of vanilla are infused. It is black, extremely dense and velvety: bourbon joined by intense dark chocolate, with shades of vanilla and nuts.
