Gordita
Gordita is a blend of two double-mash imperial stouts aged in bourbon barrels for twenty-six and twelve months, then infused in steel with cacao nibs, vanilla, cinnamon and Mexican ancho chilli. It is black, extremely dense, lightly carbonated and velvety. Bourbon and intense cocoa lead. Vanilla and cinnamon are dosed as small shadings, and the chilli adds very little heat, bringing light smoky and raisin notes and a faint spicy touch.
