Buffalo River
Buffalo River is an IPA hopped with two Australian varieties, Vic Secret and Galaxy, in the kettle and as dry hops, and named after the valley where they are grown. It is brewed with Pilsner and caramel malt and a British yeast. The beer is light gold, clear, dry and bitter. A good malt base carries an intensely tropical hop character with pineapple, passion fruit, peach and citrus, ending on a piney note.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
