The body is clear enough to read through, with a fine, persistent head that clings to the glass in delicate Schaumkleiden. Carbonation rises steadily, lending the beer a lively visual presence that matches its refreshing character on the palate.

◌ Aroma

Orange peel leads the nose with bright citrus notes that sit cleanly against the yeast's own register of spice and subtle ester warmth. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, with neither adjunct nor fermentation dominating—a balanced aromatic profile that speaks to the abbey's careful handling of ingredient and process.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and crisp, with orange and citrus notes arriving immediately alongside a gentle spice from the Belgian yeast. The mid-palate remains round and smooth without weight, the body supporting the flavour without heaviness. Bitterness is restrained and polite, allowing the citrus and spice to hold the stage through the drinking experience.

The finish is dry and clean, leaving the palate refreshed rather than coated. Orange and a whisper of herbal spice fade gently, inviting another sip.
