Orange peel leads the nose with bright citrus notes that sit cleanly against the yeast's own register of spice and subtle ester warmth. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, with neither adjunct nor fermentation dominating—a balanced aromatic profile that speaks to the abbey's careful handling of ingredient and process.

Entry is clean and crisp, with orange and citrus notes arriving immediately alongside a gentle spice from the Belgian yeast.
