A luminous golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with delicate lacing. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a steady stream of tiny bubbles that sustain the foam structure throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe stone fruit and honey notes, supported by a gentle warming spice character. A distinctive herbal freshness—subtle eucalyptus from the abbey's own gardens—emerges alongside a clean, slightly floral backdrop that distinguishes this Tripel from its Belgian cousins.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is full and rounded, with the malt providing a soft sweetness that carries dried fruit and honey into the mid-palate. The eucalyptus addition imparts a crisp, subtle herbal bite that cuts through the richness, leading toward a clean and dry finish with a warming alcoholic depth that feels balanced rather than hot.

A long, clean aftertaste with the herbal character fading gracefully while residual honey and spice linger. The warmth settles into a gentle, satisfying fade without sharp edges or cloying sweetness.
