Notes of plums melting into plum jam in a velvety ruby beer: Tears of St Laurent is gently sparkling, completely dry and complex, a two-year blend aged with St Laurent grapes. The grapes come from the brewery's own vineyard, a south-western site laced with limestone and full of sun. It was the first beer in which the team put its winemaking practice to use.
