Brewed to 11.2 degrees Plato for 4.8 percent alcohol, it is noble-hopped and fine-beaded, with a lean, slim body. The aroma is led by the hops, with herbal, grassy and lightly floral notes over a clean base of pale malt and cracker. On the palate a crisp carbonation carries a fresh, herbaceous bitterness that runs dry into the finish, where the malt steps back.
