It pours golden with a dense white head. Grapefruit zest and grassy, floral hop notes lead the aroma over light bready malt. The palate is crisp and dry with moderate bitterness, the finish long and citrusy. Unusually for a beer of this kind, it is also sold cask-conditioned.
