A collaboration with Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles and a beer of mixed fermentation: seven parts Rulles Brune to one part of a one-year-old lambic blend that matured for eight months in oak barrels. Sour, unfiltered and unpasteurised, it refermented for six months in the bottle or keg and lands at 7.0 %.
