An IPA built around Japanese green tea harvested each year from the brewmaster's own tea field in Japan, set against German and French hops. The brewery says the higher alcohol and a robust malt base are there to balance the astringency the tea and hops bring. Honey and biscuit fill the middle, with tea and hops giving a silken texture. A lager-yeast version has also been released under the same name.
