Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head that leaves delicate lacing as it recedes. The carbonation is crisp and even, creating a lively visual presence without excess aggression. The body reads full and inviting against the light.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—grapefruit zest and Meyer lemon—layered beneath subtle tropical stone fruit from Nelson Sauvin. Beneath the modern hop character sits a gentle earthiness and a soft malt sweetness that grounds the profile without dominating. The overall impression is clean and welcoming, with no sharp or aggressive edges.

◐ Taste

The palate entry is smooth and silky, carried by oats that add natural body without heaviness. Citrus and tropical hop character unfold across the mid-palate—Citra and Galaxy contributing layered brightness—while the malt foundation provides a subtle sweetness and rounded mouthfeel. Bitterness arrives measured at 70 IBU, present but refined, finishing dry without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and enduring, with hoppy notes fading gradually into a soft, dry aftertaste. The oat-derived creaminess lingers pleasantly, inviting another sip rather than commanding attention.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
