hopIQ found 10 beers that share Tough Cookie's chocolate and roasted character. Tough Cookie is a speculoos stout brewed with cookies and a spice mix from Dandoy, a circular-economy idea that began with broken cookies and the brewery's spent grain. Speculoos, biscuit, chocolate, cinnamon, clove and roast lead, while a chocolate spice malt from Belgomalt adds nutmeg and ginger. It returns for the holidays at 7.5% ABV, 20 IBU and 16.9 °Plato.
