The colour is golden with a copper tilt, under a substantial head carrying a malt-led aroma. Four malts give the characteristic banana note and a light spice. An initial wheat-beer sweetness gives way quickly to a full, rounded palate with a pleasant carbonation behind it. At 16.5 degrees Plato it is the strongest of the house wheat beers, with dried fruit in the finish.
