◎ Aussehen

Golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head that clings to the glass in delicate lacing. The carbonation is crisp and well-integrated, giving the beer a lively, inviting presentation. Light-bodied in appearance despite the 8% ABV, with a clean, bright visual profile.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bold tropical fruit and juicy hop character—tangy citrus and stone fruit dominate, breaking from the piney stereotype of American IPA. Beneath the fruit runs a dank, herbaceous undertone reminiscent of wet forest floor and resinous plants, creating welcome complexity. The interplay between brightness and earthiness makes the beer smell fresher and more immediate than its 8% alcohol suggests.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and juicy, with tropical and citrus notes taking the lead while a subtle herbal-dank character supports from below. The mid-palate maintains the hop-forward profile without astringency or harsh bitterness, allowing the fruity character to sustain momentum. Bitterness remains restrained at just 5 IBU, letting the resinous, hoppy flavour carry through rather than dominate, creating a drink that feels lighter and crisper than its strength.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and relatively brief, with the herbaceous and resinous notes lingering gently without overstaying. Drink fresh and slightly cool to preserve the immediacy and prevent the beer from tasting heavier than intended.
