Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and bright, lively carbonation visible throughout. The head forms quickly and dissipates to a thin collar, leaving delicate lacing on the glass as the beer is consumed. The body is light and translucent, characteristic of the American Light Lager style.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and clean, with subtle grain notes from the Malz providing a soft, neutral foundation. Behind this sits a distinctive briny character from the pickle juice addition—savoury and vinegary without being aggressive. Noble hop aromatics are minimal, allowing the brine to take centre stage while maintaining the beer's refreshing profile.

The palate opens light and crisp, with a clean Malz character that remains unobtrusive. The pickle brine enters immediately, delivering a salty, savoury punch that cuts through the delicate body with precision. Bitterness is low and measured, serving only to frame the saline note rather than compete with it, creating a palate-sharpening effect that demands another sip.

The finish is clean and dry, with the briny character lingering briefly on the tongue before fading. A light mineral dryness persists, reminiscent of sea spray, making this beer function effectively as a palate-cleanser.
