Your Mates Middy Lager

◎ Aussehen

A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright light transmission. The head forms quickly but settles to a thin, delicate collar with modest lacing. Fine carbonation creates a gentle effervescence that sustains throughout the session.

◌ Aroma

The nose is understated and clean, leading with a faint bready sweetness from pale malz. A subtle graininess emerges as the beer warms, with no aggressive hop character—just a whisper of noble hop restraint in the background. The overall profile is light and approachable without prominent adjunct or yeast notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and light-bodied, with soft pale malz sweetness that avoids cloying richness. The mid-palate remains clean and uncluttered, allowing faint cereal notes to linger briefly. A mild bittering closes the sip—enough structure to define the palate, but never harsh or lingering.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is short and dry, fading quickly without residual flavors or astringency. A refreshing quality persists on the palate, inviting another sip.
