The cloudiness from suspended yeast and proteins adds to the beer's tactile, indulgent visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with rich roasted grain and cocoa, supported by clean vanilla notes that suggest lactose sweetness rather than adjunct artificiality. Beneath lies a gentle coffee undertone and hints of dark stone fruit, with no sharp hop bite—just the subtle earthiness of well-kilned malz. The overall impression is rounded and dessert-like, without cloying heaviness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate delivers immediate creaminess from the lactose, coating the mouth with a smooth, full body. Chocolate and roasted malt flavors dominate the mid-palate, balanced by subtle vanilla and a whisper of coffee complexity. Bitterness sits low at 18 IBU, allowing the malz character and inherent sweetness to remain the focus; the finish is dry without astringency.
