Pale golden color with bright clarity and fine carbonation. The head is dense and persistent, leaving good lacing on the glass as it subsides. The body carries visible substance without haziness.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—pine and orange notes dominate, backed by tangerine and stone fruit. Beneath the hop character sits a subtle resinous quality that adds depth and complexity without overwhelming the fruit.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and balanced, with sweet caramel and toffee from the crystal malt providing a full mouthfeel. The mid-palate develops grapefruit and piney resin against a medium to high bitterness that cuts cleanly without harshness. The wheat and oats add a subtle dryness that prevents cloying sweetness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is moderately long, with resinous bitterness lingering into a dry, slightly malty aftertaste. The stone fruit notes fade gradually, leaving a pleasant hoppy dryness on the tongue.
