The carbonation is moderate and evenly distributed, creating a lively visual presence without aggression. The beer's pale color intensity sits at the upper end of the style's range, suggesting a slightly fuller grain bill.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with citrus notes—primarily lime and grapefruit—layered over a subtle melon character that speaks to the Citra and Blanc hops. Beneath the hop-driven top notes sits a soft, bready Malz foundation with a clean, neutral character. There is no yeast funk or fermentation warmth; the aromatics remain fresh and inviting throughout.

The palate opens with a gentle sweetness from well-balanced pale Malz, followed by a mid-palate surge of citrus and tropical stone fruit from the hop combination. The bitterness is restrained at 20 IBU, providing structure without dominance, allowing the malt sweetness and hop character to coexist harmoniously. The mouthfeel is smooth and light-bodied, drinking effortlessly without cloying.
