◎ Aussehen

Pale golden amber with excellent clarity and a bright, sunny hue. A thick head of white foam rises on the pour and clings persistently to the glass walls, leaving distinct lacing with each sip. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a fine bead that sustains throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—grapefruit zest and orange peel—layered beneath resinous, woody pine and subtle herbal green notes from the hop blend. A light, clean malt sweetness anchors the background, with no yeast character or adjunct noise. The overall impression is crisp and inviting, with good intensity without heaviness.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and lightly sweet, with a clean malted grain base that provides structure without cloying. Mid-palate brings forward the full hop profile—citrus oils, pine resin, and a herbaceous bite build steadily. The bitterness arrives firm and dry, finishing with a lingering herbal and citrus edge that feels balanced rather than aggressive.

The finish is dry and relatively long, with resinous hop character and a subtle grapefruit bitterness persisting well into the aftertaste. No astringency or harshness—instead a clean, satisfying dryness that invites the next sip.
